Introducing my portfolio

Coding the logic behind the blog is easy, but writing the blogs is hard

Hello everyone!

I'm glad you're here! Since the launch of my last portfolio (which, let's just say, wasn't my best work), I've been working hard to bring you something amazing.

My new portfolio is built on the powerful foundations of Sanity and Next.js, which has made my coding journey much easier than expected.

While the portfolio is not yet fully complete, I'm gathering resources to make it as professional as possible, as I plan to maintain this version for at least two or three years.

Now, I've been questioning myself about the future of this portfolio: Should I open-source it?

As my friend Liker said:

"As you wish"

I didn't really know what to do at first, but I realized it would be great if people could share their opinions. Therefore, I'm planning to add a guestbook, so you can rate my website!

Showcasing my portfolio

I'm going to fill this section with code blocks, embed, quotes, and even more!

Code blocks

Here's a small print I wrote in Luau (one of my favorite languages)

And here's the component I used to do my page titles

Links

I love to write code and innovate on my Github. I've recently worked on projects that were quite funny and interesting to code and I learned a lot from that.

A friend of mine is also writing cool projects and you should check out his Github since he does amazing work!

Images

From time to time, I take photos of what I see in my daily life.

Take for instance, this photo I took on November 19th, 2024 when high school ended.

Some decent landscape
Picture I took in my town around 5PM

Feel free to look up the EXIF data, though everything's already on my Linkedin.

I’ll probably add a photo section to my portfolio soon, since sharing what I see is important to me.

Youtube videos

I barely watch any coding tutorials, as I think reading is more important, but that specific one introduced me to the world of lexical analysis, and I found it very interesting!

Tables

I put that component but, not gonna lie, I have no idea on how I am going to use it, so let's simply describe the avalaible commands for git.

NameUsageDescription
initgit initInitialize a new Git repository
git clonegit cloneClone an existing Git repository
git statusgit statusShow the status of your working directory
git addgit addStage changes for commit

Callouts

Honestly, I have no idea why I added that, chatgpt gave me this idea but I find it cool so why not

Twitter cards

I barely use twitter (X) but when I use it, I always manage to laugh, here's a funny tweet for the nerds

Quiz

I find useful some little quizzes at the end of each post to test what you've learnt (maybe I'll add one day flashcards). Here is a quiz based on the content of this blog, share your results in the comments !

Well I think I've added enough components for my blog. If I add more, they will be posted in this post, so make sure to check it out time to time if you're interested
Thanks for praying attention to this post! It can be sometimes annoying to spend hours or even days on posts that no one see.

I barely beg people but please, if you like my portfolio consider giving it a star 🙏

See you soon!
